BIOGRAPHY

Nick Offerman is best known as the character of Ron Swanson on NBC’s Parks & Recreation. For his work on the show, Offerman won a Television Critics Association Award and two Critics’ Choice nominations for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. Most recently, Offerman starred in The Founder alongside Michael Keaton. He also lent his voice to two animated films, Sing and Ice Age: Collision Course. He appeared with his wife Megan Mullally in Infinity Baby directed by Bob Byington, which premiered at SXSW 2017, and The House of Tomorrow alongside Ellen Burstyn. Offerman and Mullally also debuted their EPIX comedy special Summer of 69: No Apostrophe in May 2017. Offerman’s previous comedy special American Ham was released on Netflix in 2014. Offerman was also in the second season of the FX series Fargo for which he received a nomination for a Critics’ Choice Award. Offerman has released three New York Times best-selling books, Paddle Your Own Canoe: One Man’s Fundamentals for Delicious Living, Gumption: Relighting the Torch of Freedom with America’s Gutsiest Troublemakers and Good Clean Fun.  His long list of film credits also includes Somebody Up There Likes Me, 21 Jump Street, Hotel Transylvania 2, Sin City, Miss Congeniality 2 and Groove. In his spare time, he can be found at his woodshop in Los Angeles building hand-crafted items ranging from fine furniture to canoes to ukuleles.
